I’m going to say it as it is. I ordered a black masonic jacket which was delivered by return of post. Jacket was too big. Got in touch with Tweedmans on how to return and reorder. Received clear instructions and carried them out. Today received replacement jacket, fits like a glove, as new condition, very pleased. Even better news, got an email to say that I have received a refund for the jacket that I returned. Fantastic service, lovely company to deal with. Foot note. Who would buy at new prices when you can buy ex hire in new condition at a fraction of the price ! I highly recommend this company, and shall use them in the future. Can’t say fairer than that.
