Unbelievably the corduroy bow tie that I ordered from you yesterday arrived here this morning. Astonishing good service - and as before. You may recall that after purchasing a couple of your tweed bow ties, I suggested that perhaps you may care to look into the possibility of being able to supply them in corduroy. Therefore when I saw you had taken the idea aboard and had them available, I felt it was incumbent upon me to purchase at least one of them. I am quite satisfied with my purchase, but would have preferred them to have been larger, as per the tweed bow ties I purchased. Absolutely delighted! Firstly, ordered on Saturday night, dispatched Monday, arrived 8am Tuesday - way to go Royal Mail! Secondly - I had been controlling my expectations, after all these are ""previously enjoyed"" clothes, so I wasn't expecting anything as good as new. But not a bit of - the website description of ""Excellent"" was entirely appropriate. The outer pockets were still sewn closed for heaven's sake - that's how lightly this jacket had been worn. I had been prepared for a jacket that was a little saggy and a bit tired, instead I got something as crisp and fresh as the day it left the shop. Beginner's' luck - don't think so, there were two jackets in the order and both were of similar quality. All the best from a very happy customer!
