We shall be sending orders until 1pm on Tuesday 23rd December. We will resume sending on Monday 29th & Tuesday 30th December until 1pm and then again on Monday 5th January as normal. We cannot guarantee delivery times during this period.
Xmas Gift Returns. Orders placed between 23rd November and 23rd December 2025 that are intended as Xmas gifts may be returned for a credit note (excluding p&p costs) if they are to be returned outside of our normal 14 day returns policy.
If item(s) are intended as gifts please send a message via our contact us page with the word "GIFT" added to your message and your name and order number. We are unable to offer extended returns if you have failed to do this.
We will accept returned items as long as items are unworn with our tags attached. You must contact us to notify of the return by Monday 5th January and returns must arrive back with us no later than Monday 12th January 2026. A credit note will be issued for all orders outside of our normal 14 day returns policy which will be valid until December 31st 2026. All other returns policy terms apply.
